Our Story

Family owned and operated, Riverside Equestrian is a multi-generational equestrian center.

Serving the community in Vancouver and Richmond since 1979.

Owned by internationally certified coach, judge, and trainer Linda English, and now led by her son Stav Adler, Riverside proudly offer an exceptional team of competition coaches and instructors. At age 71, Linda still rides regularly.

Joining the family is Stav’s fiancé, Natalie Nahirney, who is also a life-long accomplished equestrian.

A deep history and a shared vision for quality, consistency and professionalism, has grown Riverside into a favoured center of equestrian training and sport.

Over the past 44 years, Riverside has hosted the National Special Olympics, the Richmond Therapeutic Equestrian Society, and an Equine Canada National Symposium.

As a center for equestrian training, Riverside bred and trained several Grand Prix horses and has developed many equestrian competitors to become provincial and national champions.

Most proudly, Riverside has been a welcoming and supportive environment that has contributed to the wellness and growth of thousands of individuals for more than a generation.
