Was Your Lesson Cancelled by Riverside?
If Riverside canceled a lesson and a replacement couldn’t be scheduled right away, we will apply a lesson credit to your account. This credit can be used at any time in the future.

What Is a Lesson Credit?
When a credit is applied to a lesson, that lesson does not count towards your monthly lesson limit. Each membership tier has a different monthly limit.

For example, the Bronze membership includes up to 6 discounted lessons per month. Normally, a 7th lesson would incur a $100 top-up fee. However, if you have a credit, it can be used for the 7th lesson - no top-up fee required.

Please note: Credits are not free lessons. They simply allow a lesson to be excluded from your monthly limit.
